Welcome aboard our 7m RIB with roller coaster trailer for easy launch, recovery and towing. Fully fiited out with oxygen, chart plotter, sonar, VHF radio, standard saftey equipment and a powerfull Mariner 150hp V6 engine.
All our Coxswains have a minimum level of RYA power boat 2 or above.
Club diving trips all around the UK from Bognor Regis on the south coast, to Scapa Flow in the Orkney Islands, St Abbs on the north east coast to St Davids in west Wales.
Our members also dive all around the globe so there is all ways some blue water diving going on.
We offer a full diver training program carried out by our team of nationally qualified instructors from Ocean Diver to advanced Diver grads, additionally we can offer a majority of BSAC's Skill Development courses for qualified divers.
practical & theory lessons are held at our 25mtr indoor pool on Tuesday evenings from 19.15hrs
Never tried Scuba Diving before, well take advantage of a free try dive for you & your family just contact us & we can arrange it all.
We are a local friendly family club formed in 1977. The club is run by an anually elected committee of club members. With 40 plus membership. (CSAC) Cranleigh Sub Aqua Club is a branch of the (BSAC) British Sub Aqua Club registrion number 1328. We are lucky enough to have nationally qualified instructors training to British Sub Aqua Club standards.
Cranleigh Sub Aqua Club offers something for every one, from try dives to skill development courses. The social calendar is always on the go with summer BBQ, christmas dinner dance, awards night with 7 trophies up for grabs. After pool training or theory we meet at the Cranleigh Village Social and Sports club for a chat and organise the weeks diving. New comers or divers from other agencies as well as divers returning to the sport are all welcome.
As always we have a busy years diving planned.
In 2016, we have the usual club RIB day trips along the south coast, as well as a week on the Isle of Man and a long weekend at Hope Cove, Devon. In October the club memebers usually have a week on a live aboard in the Red Sea plus much much more.
